
Team Members Needed!!
PROJECT 20-04 - Second Call: OPEN
Collect Second Call Survey and evaluate responses to determine and prioritize efforts related to:
- Medical Aid Team – give direction or assistance to neighbors who may be experiencing a medical issue
or who have suffered an injury
- Maintenance Repair Team– assist / provide direction to neighbors who may not know what the next
step is when a problem associated with their home arises
- Transportation Team – assist neighbors who temporarily have no transportation and need to get
somewhere
- Weather Response Team – clear driveways of snow or otherwise help neighbors prepare for or respond
to inclement weather
- Welfare Team – check on neighbors during unusual events who may have special needs that are not
being met (power outages, for example)
- Child Care Team – assist neighbors who have small children who need to be looked after while the
primary caregiver responds to an unforeseen event or provide planned babysitting at an agreed upon
rate
- Other –

Establish response teams to aid neighbors.
- Identify personnel who have skills and/or training that wish to volunteer for a response team to help
neighbors in need;
- Provide/coordinate training for those who need it and wish to participate;
- Develop a contact roster for response teams and distribute via website

PLEASE SEE PROJECT 20-02 TO VOICE YOUR OPINION ON THE ENTRANCE SECURITY CAMERAS. THE SECOND CALL PROJECT WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH A RE-ISSUANCE OF THE SECOND CALL SURVEY UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT 20-02.
